Hi, all
I'm 15 and in the Aikido business for a few months now. And, well... I haven't even done any exams or anything yet, so... guess I'm 7th kyu.

Re: Calling teenage Aikidoka
Hi guys,
I am an Aikido teacher at a high school in Japan. Several of my students are in an intensive English class and will study abroad in Australia next year. Would anyone be interested in trading emails or letters with them? It might be fun and would help their English a lot.

18 years old, training for two years. 5th kyu...however I'm having trouble finding a USAF dojo in Buffalo.
So my training has been temporarily halted.

Re: Calling teenage Aikidoka
Though all types of schools are not the same, your training shouldn't stop. Find a different kind of school for a while. Look into Iwama, ASU, or any of the 10 other types of Aikido schools. I'm sure there is even a few independent schools out there.
Hope this gets you moving! (c;
