Ki Symbol Swari Waza E Suas Dificuldades

Olá akidokas da lingua portuguesa...
Gostaria de colocar em discussão as dificuldades dos treinos e técnicas envolvendo o swari waza .
Em nossa academia treinamos as técnicas porém nem todos conseguem realizá-las com a devida fluidez , e circularidade , uma vez que os movimentos de joelho necessitam muito mais uso de quadril na execução do que o tachi waza .
Será que isso ocorre apenas em nossa academia , ou vocês também encontram as mesmas dificuldades?
Qual seria a solução para nos aprimorarmos nesse fundamento??

Ola Waldir!

Com certeza essa dificuldade é no mundo todo. Acho eu por um simples motivo, nós somos bipedes e andamos em pé. Daí a dificuldade do movimento em swari waza. Eu tenho a dificuldade, em uma técnica, de fazer o tenkan pela falta de espaço para tal. Para aprimorar só treinando muito, não tem jeito por mais óbvia que seja esta resposta. Na verdade acho que este movimento necessita mais de rapidez que quadril.

Talvez praticar suwari waza 5 minutos todas as aulas.
