Talking Another Down Under Newbie

I've just started recently and am finding the whole the thing interesting and very beneficial mentally and physically. I can't help laughing in training sometimes at just how amazing the physics of Akido is - how such often subtle movements produce such dramatic results. Been sore the past couple of weeks but considering i havn't done any genuine fitness work for a while thats fair enough. Cheerio to all the other aussies out there.
