my intro

greetings to all,
Practicing for the last seven years at an aikikai dojo in the Annapolis Valley region of Nova Scotia, east coast of Canada. Didn't start aikido until age 52 (no other prior martial art experience). Not sure that many other MA could so easily encourage geriatric newbies. Very grateful. Tell your grandparents.
