Hello Everyone from Charlotte, NC

Hello, Just wanted to to say hi, and glad to be apart of this forum. I like what I have seen, very good information and discussions regarding Aikido. I have been taking Aikido for over 9 years now and enjoy every time I make it to the dojo. My Sho Dan took a while due to several injuries all outside of the school, including breaking my neck ( literally ), which is pretty funny, although none due to fighting or having to defend myself. I prefer the method of avoiding situations that would require me to use my training.
I have studied the entire time under Sensei Joe Beckham, Yon Dan. His interpretation of Nihon Goshin Aikido brings a wealth of rewards and I can honestly say thanks to him, his school, and Aikido I have been more then successful in my home and professional life.
