hello

Hello,

I feel I really ought to introduce myself after lurking here for so long. I started Aikido about 16 months ago and really love it. My husband suggested that I should try it but he might be regretting that now, as I go to lessons and seminars as often as I can and he is stuck with our two children while I'm out. He does ken-do, so we have some interesting ...erm, "discussions" about both martial arts.
When I'm not in class I'm a full-time mum and part-time freelance translator.
I'm looking forward to joining in the discussions instead of "eavesdropping" in on them.

Natasha.

Re: hello

Hi Natasha, Glad you're on the list. One of my aikido friends also does kendo. So yes, sometimes I too have discussions about kendo and aikido. Went once to watch a kendo class which was v interesting but not my cup of tea.
