I think it may be safe to say that we all practice to avoid conflict, but however
despit our best efforts, sometimes conflict does often occur. With that in mind, I would like to hear everyone's "war" stories as it were in which they were involved in an actual combat situation.
Did you use your Aikido?
Did it work well?
How did you deal with the situation?
What were you feeling?
How did you feel afterward?
How did this expereince affect your mindset for training afterward?

-When two blades cross points,
There's no need to withdraw.
The master swordsman
Is like the lotus blooming in the fire.
Such a person has inside of them
A heaven soaring spirit.
- Tozan Ryokan
