Where can I buy a hakama?

Can anyone suggest a (preferably UK) website which sells Hakama's?

I don't know if they have a store in the UK but www.bujindesign.com have good MA things for sale. Lot's of people in my dojo bought from them (overseas) and are very happy with the quality.

you can check it out.

Not in the U.K., but my favorite is Mugendo Budogu. http://www.budogu.com/ . They have beautiful hakama at very good prices and have excellent service.

http://www.milom.co.uk/equipments.htm

my instructor has bought Milom for years. I think they have a life time garuntee on their Gi jackets (you send them back and they will repair them).

The Hakama are very in expensive and last quite a while. (scoll down the page I have posted the link too.. you will find hakama there).

If you want a heavier hakama and have more money to spend (remembering import duty and shipping) I would go with Bujindesign

I go with Bujin.

BUT! Be warned - 57% of aikidoka (in a recent aikiweb poll) thought that wearing a hakama increases the risk of injury.

Never brought a Hakama from them, but have brought other stuff. Very good sites.
