Wink hi all!!

Some times i find that some freeballing would make you be more conscious while doing hard breakballs. I mean, Hakama, gi pants and nothing else,...,... some times would be comfortable,... you have to learn how to avoid the clapping effect,... ¿what do you think?,.....

Ahh,... Jamie,... i´m of those that always take my balls to the mat,....

I'm on the mat - balls and, er, all - with only my lycra boxers!

Can't get on with the loose ones or shreddies!!!

Ahem!

Hehehe...sounds like a Freudian slip to me! It's an appropriate nickname at any rate --- so much so that I have a feeling it will become a favourite saying among the guys in my dojo (according to my husband, he will often wear two pairs of underwear under his gi to prevent "the boys" from being knocked around and bruised when he does "breakballs").

Did athletic supporters suddenly go "out of style"? Under my gi pants I wear one to make sure that everything is where it should be. If you don't like the "strap around" style, BIKE makes one called a brief supporter. There is no way I'd hang freely in a martial arts class.
