I just found out on the
California Aikido Association that the following people in that organization were promoted on January 26th to their new respective ranks:
Cyndy Hayashi (Aikido West), 6th dan; Anthony Roy Sargeant (Traditional Aikido Iwama Ryu), 6th dan; Richard Strozzi-Heckler (Two Rock Aikido), 6th dan; Martin Hartman (Aikido Nelson), 5th dan; Louis Jumonville (Aikido of San Leandro), 5th dan. Congratulations to every one of them!
