Two hundred and one. One to change it and the other two hundred to stand by and say "well, that may be one way of doing it, but my Sensei does it differently".
Have fun

No Aikidoka can do it, since they're all busy folding their senseis hakama...
/Patrik
PS. Yes, I'm refering to the thread "folding hakama".

Fine then, who needs a light bulb? With my great ki I'll just stand in the corner and glow!

One Aikidoka can change many light bulbs at once, if it's done with a single, continuous circular motion

The subject of another thread does not need anyone else. He just holds the lightbulb up and the world revolves around him.

It depends on what style of lightbulb changing the aikidoka is using.

?????
The real question is:
does the lightbulb want to change??,.. is better to armonize with the bulb condition.

It only takes one; but the light bulb has to attack first.

hidden dust tiger
(well, I don't know how regularly you vacuum, but in my house the dustballs quickly pass "dust kitten" stage and become "dust tigers"...)
The "Crouching Vacuum" practice --
Stand in the doorway. Address the dirty carpet ("uke") in right hanmi, vacuum about two feet in front of your right foot. Sink and extend, pushing the vacuum forward with unbendable arm. Upper body should be relaxed and upright, knees bent, hips rotated to direct your power from your center through vacuum to uke.
Respond to uke by changing direction of vacuum extension, moving to follow. Do not rise and fall, but stay low and relaxed. Check your hips -- still aligned with your target and the force of your movement? Move from your center; allow your center to move the vacuum. Note that soreness will arise in your quadriceps and not as much as your back (the usual victim of vacuuming).
How long can you maintain Crouching Vacuum? Three minutes, perhaps? The whole living room?
