In the Yoshinkan, there are two. Both elevated by Gozo Shioda Kancho.

Kiyoyuki Terada Hanshi:

Most senior of all Yoshinkan instructors. Is Yoshinkan Saikoo Komon (Chief Advisor). Resides in Yokohama and is head of Aikido Yoshinkan Seiseikai.

Inoue Kyoichi Kancho:

Yoshinkan Aikido Kancho and technical head. Resides in Tokyo at the Yoshinkan Honbu dojo.

In addition to the ones mentioned above, I also know of Tanaka Shigeo Sensei. At least he was referred to as a 9th Dan on th eoccasions he came to visit us. I am not sure of his afffiliation now, he has been linked with both the Yoshinkan and the Aikikai in the past. When I was in Tokyo, he was my Sensei's Sensei, a very powerful and sometimes scary man, but fantastic technique. He teaches at Meiji Jingu in Tokyo.

A difficult problem is easily solved by asking yourself the question, "Just how would the Lone Ranger handle this?"
