Hi,

I don't know if an aikido chat room exists, but I think it is a very good idea. Unlucky, I believe it is not easy to add a chat in a web site. I hope that someone will give us a good news on it.

Bye

Good idea...but chat rooms on websites are hard to moniter. You could use AOL IM...I use it and it has a decent chat feature built in. Of course, you'd have to make a screen name...but IM's not like AOL, as some people think. So far, I've only found that Opher and I use AIM of the people on this forum, but maybe I missed some one.

Speaking of that, Opher, how come you're never on AIM, or are you just not on during the day?

That's good news! I once wrote a web chat in perl specificly desgined so it would work on just about any graphical browser. I'd do things a bit differently these days. I suppose you want something that uses php and can use the same registration cookies as the forums?

Man Jun, hasn't anyone told you do to too much? You *are* the Aikido hub of the internet it seems! (and you contribute to engrish.com to boot!)

I have AIM, but I hardly ever log on. Don't have anyone to chat with. My nephew loaded it onto my computer when he visited, so he could chat with his friend back home. I think I've only used it twice since then.

Ebudo.com has a chat room, but I've yet to find anyone using it. Aikido Journal has one too I thought but don't see it anymore.
