I THINK threads and posts disappear here if there hasn't been any activity for a few months - I think there's a setting you can change that will let you see older threads... Unfortunately I'm not practicing aikido these days due in part to: arthritic hip - hurts to walk. time - practices at the dojo I like occur during my work, so I don't visit Aikiweb as often as I used to. I'll see if I can find the setting and if so, I'll come back and post it.

Preferences --> Edit options --> Default Thread Age Cut Off --> show all threads
I'm also unfortunately not really practicing aikido these days but I would absolutely love to again. Am sorry about the arthritic hip. There were a few past members at the dojo I went to had hip issues and then suddenly stopped practicing as well.
