Hi,just started last week in my first class,totally in love with Aikido at 57,it's going to be a long road but a rewarding one.!

Welcome. My standard advice to all practitioners is this: "Be gentle with yourself".

All paths lead to death. I strongly recommend taking one of the scenic routes.
