That Fujimoto?

Abot the picture in aikigallery named "Fujimoto sensei": is he the Fujimoto sensei teaching Aikido in Italy?

The man in the picture does not look like Yoji Fujimoto Sensei.

So I guess the answer is: No.

Little quick search on the Net shows the man in the picture is probably Mauricio Fuzimoto ,see http://www.fepai.org.br/fnewsp27.htm
