Just a reminder that the seminar is a week from Saturday. For anyone who is curious about aiki and internal methods, and their practical applications, this promises to be a useful introduction.

Also, the seminar hosts are opening the door to spectators, as people have expressed an interest in being able to observe the seminar without participating. There is a $15 spectator fee.

One more note to be added: Note: Some weapons applications will be shown. Participants are encouraged to bring a tanto for practicing.
