Women's Self-Defense Seminar with Meido Moore Sensei in Chicago

April 19th, 12-2pm at Shinjinkai in Chicago: Meido Moore Sensei (6th dan) will lead this two hour session for adult and teen women, stressing concrete skills for becoming more safe and confident. Participants will also learn about themselves: how the way they stand, walk and move affects their likelihood of being chosen as a victim.

Topics covered will include: Environmental awareness; Crime safety best practices; Tactically sound posture and movement; How not to fit the victim profile; Projecting confidence and inner strength; Reading the people around you; Fighting back with body and voice.

No experience or physical condition is required. Please wear comfortable clothing.
