Hidemine Jibiki - Hakko-ryu, Daito-ryu Aiki-Budo, and “The Road to Softness”, Part 1

New blog post! Hidemine Jibiki - Hakko-ryu, Daito-ryu Aiki-Budo, and “The Road to Softness”, Part 1 - "Everything in front of me went dark, and it felt like fireworks were shooting out of my eyes. I shouted “it hurts, it hurts”, and I was thrown perfectly."

Enjoy!

Chris

I enjoyed reading the article. Thank you for making it available. I wonder if you will examine Hidemine's meeting with Wang Shu Jin and how he viewed that man's approach to martial arts compared to what Hidemine experienced in Daito-ryu and Hakko-ryu. I think that would be a very interesting avenue of exploration.

Best,
