Greetings

At almost 52 I'm jsut starting in Aikido - my first class will be this week. I know that the road ahead has many (painful at my age) bumbs and bruises but I have wanted to learn Aikido for several years - life just kept me from starting. I bring a positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge. I look forward to learning from you all here at AikiWeb, and sharing my experiences.

I hope that I can provide a relevant contribution to the conversation.

You are in a good dojo to start from and esp. as an older beginner...folks there understand what it is to train older...and they are integrating good internal training and structure right in with the basics from the start :-) Give my best to Rick and Bruce.
