Re: Hello

Hi Oksana. Welcome to the forum. My only tips are to never be afraid to ask a question, continual challenge yourself to learn and, of course, practice, practice, practice! Oh, and have fun with it all

Hi Oksana

Welcome to aikiweb and aikido. Live in the moment, enjoy every opportunity to practice for its own sake and try not to worry about how well you are doing or whether you are making progress.

Best wishes,

Paul
