Re: Waraku

Trying to decide if O-sensei would have been all over this or personally offended. At any rate haven't seen anything in videos to get me enthralled. But the words sound great. I really wonder what historical connection there is to aikido or daito ryu but don't seem much info.

Their website is
http://www.waraku.eu/public/home.html
and other than their own text the most I could find is an Italian wikipedia page, translated to English as
"Waraku is a type of Budo Japanese developed by master Hiramasa Maeda .

The name Waraku has two meanings. The most common meaning is "peace and goodness forever", the other meaning is "circle, spiral and interconnection". The movement of energy in Waraku is based on the shape of the spiral, a very powerful form. "

Apparently started about 10 years ago.
