Hello everyone,
I frequent the site and read many of the post and discussions from other users. I have practiced Aikido a little and practiced others "MA" styles in the past. I keep coming back to Aikido for some reason and I think it's because of the overall fluid movements, deceptive power, and the "not going to harm" the attacker. I am 6'6", 280, and built like most football types. If I wanted to harm the other person there is little doubt in my mind I could. I am not a violent person by nature and in our society today with people suing everyone for the smallest thing; I don't want to bust someone up because they were being stupid for a few moments in their life. I would like to be able to subdue the person and defuse the situation. Anyway, enough... just wanted to say hello and that I enjoy everyone's insights and the discussions that take place on the site. VERY WELL RUN, thank you to our web host. I know...too long winded. haha
