Ji ben qi gong

Hi,

I am interested to know whether someone of you practices this form (Ji ben qi gong)?

I ask here in the "Training"-Forum because every single movement (except the "bow") of this form has smoetimes been part of my aiki practice. Taught by different teachers at different times. So when I found this form I enjoyed very much to be able to "dig deeper" into those movements and the theory behind them.
