Thanks for coming and teaching again Howie!

A BIG thanks to Dan Penrod and the Budo Dojo for hosting the event, they were welcoming and gracious.

Mark, I guess it wasn't so bad sharing Howie with others . . . I have to admit they were great to train with. So I guess it wouldn't hurt to say that I had a great time and that Howard Popkin is very a good teacher of Daito Ryu.

Do you think he'll shoot bolts of lightning next time? Cause that'd be really cool if he shot bolts of lightning!

Re: Howard Popkin In Portland

Anytime my friend!

(And as for the calligraphy . . . I guess I require your inspirational presence for motivation. No wait. I told Big Tony I'd do a calligraphy for him and I'm pretty sure that I really DON'T require his inspirational presence for motivation!!!! Maybe I should just stop being an overly procrastinating SOB? Yeah, that sounds about right. )

I don't know. The last guy I saw shooting lightning bolts was Darth Vader's master. I don't think I'm ready for Darth Howie.

The sharing was good. I was really happy to see so many folks (including Craig Fife) show up and how well the feedback flowed back and forth. On the down side, the mat was more crowded. It's a downside I'll gladly accept.

I'd like to echo the thanks to Dan Penrod for hosting and to Howard Popkin for teaching.

Respectfully,
Mark Kruger

Oh no, we are veering dangerously toward "Lord Dark Helmet" territory.

Thanks for a very nice weekend everyone.
