Cool Re: Training in Brownwood / Abilene Texas

Hi Guys,

Paul Mitchell. I am re-locating from OK to The Brownwood area in Texas, and are looking for good Aikido Schools. I know of 2 in San Angelo and 1 in Abilene. Does anyone know of any others or any in the Brownwood, Texas area?

Has anyone trained at South Park Aikido in Abilene? Would love to hear from anyone that has trained in Abilene or Brownwood.

I previously started in Iwama Ryu, back home in Adelaide, Australia, but have not had a chance to take up Aikido since moving to the USA, so I am excited to find some good schools.

Thanks for any advice.

I can't give specific feedback on those, just general advice to visit them all and observe observe observe :-) every dojo has its own culture and teaching methods and attitudes. Best of luck w/ your relocation and getting back to training!
