Robert Kubo Sensei will be guest instructing at
The Aikido Ohana on Friday May 28th from 6:30 PM.
Kubo Sensei is Chief Instructor and Founder of
Kailua Aikido Club. Kubo Sensei began his martial arts training in Judo at the age of 12 under Yukiso Yamamoto Sensei. Yamamoto Sensei later became Kubo Sensei's Aikido instructor. Other instructors who have influenced on Kubo Sensei's style and philosophy are O'Sensei Morihei Ueshiba, Doshu Kisshomaru Ueshiba, Koichi Tohei Sensei, Shoji Nishio Sensei, Morihiro Saito Sensei, and Sadao Yoshioka.
