well hello all, after 7 months of not training i went back to my first class yesterday!! WOOP WOOP! it has been far too long and although it came back to me, my basic footwork was shocking!!
Cant wait for my next class.
Happy Training everyone
To injure an opponent is to injure yourself. To control aggression without inflicting injury is Aikido.
