well hello all, after 7 months of not training i went back to my first class yesterday!! WOOP WOOP! it has been far too long and although it came back to me, my basic footwork was shocking!!
Cant wait for my next class.

To injure an opponent is to injure yourself. To control aggression without inflicting injury is Aikido.
I trained there last summer before my money ran out; i may be returning in the coming months to the Monday class at the church. Perhaps i'll see you there...? In fact: perhaps i saw you there last summer?
