Ki/Chi/Qi

I have read some unusual things about the term ki "energy" like creating a ball of energy and making a shield etc. I have also read that ki is most commonly used in aikido.

Is ki a load of B.S. (Excuse the language) or is there some truth behind this whole concept?

One more thong I want to add: I'm a very open mined person and in their perspective of the world it makes complete sense but the problem lies in whether their perspective is right or wrong.

I suggest you use the "search" function in the menu bar above to get to grips with this topic. It has been discussed on these forums many times before.

This is a big topic and has many answers.
