The Fresno workshop will be a two-day program beginning from zero and working logically (with partner drills) toward some very sophisticated concepts involving blending via mentally-arranged forces, "aiki" of forces, and the general usage of these skills in practice encounters (better skill-level you'll have to develop in you class usage). Breathing training and whole-body connection exercises for strength and cohesiveness will also be taught. While these may seem somewhat incidental practices at first, these exercises and practices are the heart of the ki/kokyu/qi/jin abilities.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes (no gi's required, but if people want to wear one, fine) and bring something to take notes with.

Lodging:
You can sleep in the dojo Friday and/or Saturday night. There is a sink, shower, toilet, etc., but you must bring a pillow and sleeping bag. Cost: $10/night (this is paid to the dojo, when you get there, not as part of the seminar. Sorry for the complexity, but it's not my dojo.)
