Hello everyone my name is Delfin Labrador. I live in Anchorage Alaska,where I founded the Nihon Budo Shinkokai-Shinkokan,Dojo.In 1995 I whent to Japan for instructors course in Yoshinkan Aikido, while I was their I visited various dojos, the Kodokan and the Aikikai where I met the third doshu Ueshiba, Yamada,Inoe,Terrada and many others.I have blackbelts in Yoshinkan Aikido,Shihokarano jujutsu,Shudokan-Karate-do and Shindo jinen ryu-Karate-do, Kodokan Judo and Iaido.In 1977-78 I was the Alaska state karate and kobubo champion.I practice Aikido as marital art and fuzoku-ryu yari,tanto naginata.The spirit of my dojo is to learn to use all tools freely.

Welcome to the forum Delfin. I have tried some yoshinkan and trained at a seminar conducted by a godan. I am practising aikikai at the moment and have been for a number of years. My best wishes for your dojo.
