I honestly can't remember. He might be british though... dark hair, fair complexion. One episode found him with this sifu teaching qigong for the ermmm enhancement of the male's genitalia. The sifu showed some amazing stuff like standing on eggshells, throwing bamboo chopsticks and penetrating the wood targets. Finally it had the sifu tow a truck with his manhood.

Anyway, its that show.
