Learning Martial Arts (and especially Aikido) is a once in a lifetime chance to take a regular beating from ppl half your size and twice your age.

Hi, I didn't know that Sensei Bill Smith had been to Estonia. He really ios half my size, not quite twice my age though.

Once again

Spent last night being beaten up by several people half my size AND half my age. Asthe prophet said "I'm getting too old for this sh*t".

Yeah, one of my sensei's is about 4'5" and 30 or something. It's funny when the new people practice with her. Ya know, like the really big "tough" guys? If they didn't know humility before that, they do now.

I like the other side

Well, actually, I'm not tall (1.62 m), not big built and young enough and I guess aikido training is the only time I can 'beat up' people that are twice my size and more or less my age!!!
Of course, I hope none of them read this...!!!
