Its a well know fact that many states have old, rediculous, and unenforced laws on their books. If you did a quick search on San Francisco I'm sure you would find many. I actually started to look for some dumb Alabama laws, but some things are just better left alone. Sorry you didn't find the humor that I intended by posting.
