I didn't vote because I don't know. It certainly seems possible, but highly unlikely. My main instructor has dedicated a very large amount of time toward his training and I'm not sure if I will ever be able to devote as much.

I hope to some day.
reminds me of the story..
when Miamoto Musashi's disciple told him that one day he hoped to be as good as his teacher. His teacher scolded him and told him to not limit himself but instead aim to be better than him. one should cast his aim as high as Mt Fuji so not to be overshadowed by anyone.

I think our instructors would want us to evenutally be better than them. This is also necessary for the progression of the art.

The goal of a teacher should be to produce students who have the ability to be greater then you.

At least that is always my goal as a teacher. I learn more not to further myself, but to help my students get that much further that much faster.
