Steven Seagal's Energy Drinks

Am I just slow in learning of this? Or has this been around for a while?

Like most "energy drinks", this is primarily a can of sugar water that was shown a picture of a bunch of herbs, and that's about as close as it gets to being an herbal formula (see ingredients and nutritional analysis at bevnet). There's a lot of (potential) good in adaptogenic herbs, used appropriately, but this isn't the way to take 'em.

Re: Steven Seagal's Energy Drinks

I think it was brought up once before. It's loaded with sugar like most of the so-called energy drinks.

Yeah Bronson...but you will notice that he was using his hips in his Bear-blasting technique...even if he balance was off.. **snicker**

Yeah, makes me laugh some classes too...other times I just cry!

Still working on it!

Best,
Ron (my only energy drink is coffee...the other stuff just gives me the shakes...)
