La math duibh - Greetings

Hello from the frozen wastes of the north of the U.K. -

My training goes back into the distant past - I started in a small rural club - Aikikai - back in February 1971, yep I am that old .

At university I joined the campus club which taught Yoshinkai and the rest is history. I am recovering from a rather serious illness and so haven't had the joy of training for a number of years but I am now into recovery and will soon be well enough to restart my daily aikido routines.

Hope to be able to read many good quality and genuinely enthusiastic articles and threads, and will be adding my own when prompted by what is already here and available.

Looking forward to the future here.
