looking for short stories...
Hi, I'm looking for published short stories (less then 30 pages) that are about or include samurai, excellent fight scenes, aikido or jujitsu, or interesting aspects of Japanese culture. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dig up a copy of "The Classical Man," by Richard Kim, or some of his other books, such as "The Weaponless Warriors." Not long stories, but thought-provoking and the shed strong light on the unique culture of budo.

Re: looking for short stories...
Yes, they do have to be published. (I'm supposed to present a published short story to a fiction workshop.) But please feel free to send me links to unpublished stuff that's interesting. Nice suggestions so far. I'm trying to find something that will be accessible to non-martial artists (read: everyone in my fiction workshop)

Onegaishimasu. Anything by Trevor Leggett has wonderful stories and odd angles.
