"In Litchfield, the Flow of Aikido"

"In Litchfield, the Flow of Aikido" gives us a view of Litchfield Hills Aikikai in Connecticut where Laura Pavlik sensei has taught for the past 12 years. From the article: "As a martial art, [aikido] offers a rare opportunity to people because it includes so many different things-discipline, a good physical workout, stress reduction and physical training. It's a beautiful martial art that looks very dance-like and very graceful-it's got great movement and I think a lot of people are very attracted to that."

Great dojo. I've been training there for many years.
