This article entitled "Aikido: Defensive Maneuvers, Inner Peace" highlights Mill City Aikido dojo in Westford, MA, which opened to the public last weekend with Kathy Fitzgibbon sensei leading the dojo.

From the article: "Fitzgibbon says Aikido gives physical and mental conditioning a person can take into their daily life. Fitzgibbon credits her 30 years of practicing Aikido as the reason she remained calm during a car accident and had the confidence to stand up to a man that broke into her house. 'I made him leave the house without even touching him," said Fitzgibbon.'"
