How important for you is the spreading of the art of aikido into the world?

Here are the current results.

Aikido works for me. It is fulfilling for me. But I am not an aikido crusader. I enjoy that everywhere I go someone somewhere is practicing some form of aikido, and if I end up somewhere where no one practices aikido, I can forge ahead on my own, but I do not feel some sort of mandate or calling to spread the word and convert the heathen.
If you don't want to practice aikido, I don't really care....It's your choice.

O'Sensei had grand visions of a world that's in harmony with the universe. While I believe individuals can achieve this, aikido being a very useful tool, you cannot realistically expect this from an entire society as a whole.

And why would anyone be an "aikido crusader?" I think it's contrary to our principals to proselytize ourselves upon others.
