Well I must have learned something from Ikeda Sensei...

I recently went to a seminar with Hiroshi Ikeda, it was a blast! I learned alot about connecting up with your center, and I think I have a better overall understanding of how aikido works now. Well I must have learned something because when I came back home to my regular class my Sensei gave me an invitation to start training on Tuesday nights with the "advanced" class. Well I'm exited about this because it means that I can train more than one day a week now! Or maybe it's just because I can take falls fairly well now, who knows.

To speak ill of anything is against the nature of Aikido

Absolutely. I feel that way every time I train with Ikeda Sensei. Its why I train with him as often as possible.

Excellent. I've been to several seminars with Ikeda Sensei. One of my best lessons I learned from Ikeda Sensei. It's a quote really.

"Aikido work. Maybe your Aikido no work, but Aikido work".
- Ikeda Sensei

Victims, aren't we all.
