Bilingual J-E DVDs

Hey everyone,
I'd really like to get an aikido DVD that I could enjoy alongside my Japanese, non-English speaking dojo members. Does anyone know which DVDs have subtitle and sound options? A lot of DVDs seem to come set to one option or the other but with no choices; as in, you can listen to the dude speak in Japanese on one version of the disc or you can listen to him dubbed into English on another, but there's no single disc with the option to turn the dubbing on and off or to kick in subtitles (all of which I find aggravatingly dumb and un-techie). Do people know if there are any DVDs with these options available?
