HI to all

Thanks so much for creating this site. I've been visiting this for the past 2 - 3 years and I figured- I might as well join now.

I started practicing Aikido in late 2002 at Renbukan Dojo in Bangkok, influenced by my younger brother Richard Crespo, who told me he is a teacher. Well, was now. I never believed him, although I was always impressed and intrigued by the arm locks and holds that he would do to me.

Bored with gym routine that didn't really mean anything (but I still go once in a while for variety)- I found more sense in getting fit the Aikido way a big plus that THERE IS NO COMPETITION! So here I am, practicing in Ho Chi Minh City, after visiting 6 dojos I found this in District 3 more like the way it was in Bangkok and Manila (with Sensei Eymard Laureano and Ronald) but still not quite. Oh well, such is life.

I make books using mixed media (journals with blank pages) and sell them, accepting whatever price is offered. I also look after our 2 yorkies who joyfully distract me from my work.

Peace to all.

Lori
