The Book of the Five Rings
I know half of the people who saw this thought lord of the rings. No, this is a book written by an undefeated swordsman by the name of Miyamoto Musashi. This book is basicly a text of samurai strategy. I found this book riddled with hidden meanings, so I found some parts hard to understand. Anyway, I just wanted to have a discussion on this book and see what you thought.

Re: The Book of the Five Rings
I'd be willing to bet that a lot more than half of the folks who come here are familiar with Musashi and with this book, known as "Go Rin no Sho" in Japanese. There are many in Japan (and elsewhere) who have successfully adapted the principles found in this book to the strategy of the business world.

Re: The Book of the Five Rings
Great book.
I have several translations/interpretations and a CD copy to listen to as I drive.

Useful. I get something new out of it every time I open it up.

I LOVE it, Lynn. If somebody cuts you off, you can KILL them with their own CAR!
