Re: Tamura Shihan Clips?
I don't know for the clips, but if you want to practice with him, he will be at Montreal next year, in May.

Re: Tamura Shihan Clips?
If you don't mind dropping some coin, there's excellent footage of Tamura and many other prominent shihan on the NY Aikikai 30th annivesary tape, see NY 30th
But as a previous note pointed out, the best thing is to train with him. What he does is subtle, and really can't be best conveyed via recorded images. And if you're lucky, he'll come over an block your technique
Have fun and train hard.
Cheers,
Jack

I think there are a bunch of clips on the Aikido FAQ site but don't know if he is on there.

Can't help you with that and it's a shame. I wish there was more media of him. He really is something else.

The Tissier and Endo Shihan clips on there are also VERY cool. Great site.
