Hello to all

I've lurked for a while, thought it was time I said Hello... having studied Aikido for nearly a year now I only have one regret... I did'nt start 20 years ago, I am truely enjoying every step of my journey. Having never attempted any MA before, or anything remotely akin to excercise to be honest....Why, at the age of 47, did I suddenly get the urge to chuck myself at the floor??? (I've had a birthday since then) And, what is even more frightening, why do I love it so much?....
Look forward to meeting you all.

Re: Hello to all

There is no real explanation. So don't try to find it, just enjoy what's been given to you.
Cheers,
Lucy.

Hi Liz,
Why would you chuck yourself at the floor when you have so many other people at your dojo that would gladly do it for you? It is more fun too.
