aikido sign ??

i was wondering if anyone knows where you can buy you know the signs we have in the dojo that you bow to, i want a litttle one for my room nothin ridiculously expensive though cheers

I guess you bow to the respect of the idea and the way, but neither to signs to pictures. They are just the symbols for the unexpressable.

If the signs are just , you will get some at most budo article seller in the net. If they are different, it is quite difficult to tell anything without knowing, what kind ogf signs they are.

But you might ask your sensei or dojo-cho. They bought it for the dojo, they might know the source.

Hi Daniel, I have a bunch of signs that says Aikido. I have them written in the old kanji and new kanji. I had my mother in law make them for me on a regular size sheet of rice paper. The paper, ink, artist, and brush used to make them all are from Japan. Since the are handmade, there are imperfections. You can email me and we can discuss the particulars if you wish. I'm in the US.

yes it was the regular sign and i thought about asking my sensei but i already know that our dojo got ours made from an ex member of the club looks good though.
