Light Bulb Joke

Given this is an open forum for any subject. here's a light bulb joke I discovered earlier

How many Bush Administration officials does it take to change a light bulb?

None. There is nothing wrong with the light bulb; it's condition is improving every day. Any reports of it's lack of incandescence are totally unfounded, and the result of delusional "spin" assaults from the fanatic, elitist, liberal media. That light bulb has served honorably, and anything you say undermines the lighting effect and dims it's ego. Why do you hate freedom?

Re: Light Bulb Joke

If you enjoyed that joke, you might enjoy the Friday Play on BBC Radio 4 tomorrow night. (Friday - duh - at 9pm BST)

M*A*S*H creator and award-winning screen writer Larry Gelbart's takes on current day America - a merciless lampoon, recorded in Los Angeles.

Hillary Clinton is in the White House and a congressional hearing is sifting through the substantial and varied debris of the post-Bush regime to investigate what went right and, if anything did, how it could have possibly happened.

You can listen to R4 anywhere by going to http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/ and clicking on the "listen live" link. Or the play will be available as streaming audio on demand from here for 7 days after transmission.

Re: Light Bulb Joke

Thanks for the heads up on the larry Gelbart Play Sean, I'll definitely give that a listen, I loved MASH so this should be some quality radio.

As this is the lightbulb joke thread, here's one for you.

Q/ How many folk singers does it take to change a light bulb?

A/ 5, 1 to change the bulb, and the other 4 to sing about how good the old one was!

Success is having what you want. Happiness is wanting what you have.
