Hello. I am 53 and have just begun my journey in Aikido. I own a small business. Because of the time constraints of owing a business my practice time is limited so it's always good. I look forward to learning from all of you on this site as well as from everyone at the dojo.
Welcome Jim -
You are on a road to a very insightful journey! Take the time to Practice - even if it's just for 20 minutes - it will help. When stuck in California traffic - visualize the movements once you get them down. Practicing in your mind will help you on the mat! Good Luck!
